Sample tiles will help you narrow down your options. You can check if the material, color, and finish are exactly what you’re looking for before proceeding with your final order.

2. How will my tile sample be delivered?

We try our best to have your samples delivered within 5-7 working days. Should you need your sample tiles ASAP, we offer expedited shipping options that take 2-3 working days.

3. What is the best way to view a tile sample?

Once you have the sample in hand, place it in the area where it’s going to be installed. You can then visualize how it fits into the scheme of things and if it complements the overall style you’re aiming for. Check back often so you can see the tonal variations you're going to have under different lighting throughout the day.

4. How much do wall and floor tile samples cost?

A single sample tile costs $6.99 across all our products. You can order a max of 2 samples of the same tile and we’ll cover shipping costs.

5. Can I return samples and get a refund?

We do not accept returns and refunds for 4" x 5" cut samples. However, a full-size sample piece, sheet, or full box in a saleable condition is eligible for a refund.

6. Will my final order be exactly as the tile sample?

We try to ensure that samples are sent from current stock, but it’s worth mentioning that tiles can vary in shade from batch to batch. This is due to production methods or glazes, so while your final order will be representative of your chosen sample, it may not be 100% the same.
