Samples

Yes, we recommend customers to order samples for better judgement of quality, size and color. You will be able to order samples from our listing pages.

Sample orders cannot be returned and refunded. If you receive a damage sample, we can send you a replacement or refund in that case. Please email info@tileopia.com with your order details.

The maximum number of samples that can be purchased is 2.

Yes, Expedited shipping charges are available at checkout, feel free to contact at info@tiletopia.com for any queries.

Orders before 12 PM PST get shipped on the same day.
Orders After 12 PM PST are shipped the next day.

Yes, we have our services available in Canada.

Returns, refunds and replacement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please email info@tiletopia.com with your order number, damaged pictures and damaged quantity. We will make arrangements for replacement as soon as possible.

We warrant that manufactured products will be free from defect for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

All warranty claims must be reported immediately. Failure to report any warranty claim within 30 days of defect discovery will void this warranty.

No, we do not provide installation services.
